Taylor serves on numerous boards, including First National Bank of Alaska, Anchorage Economic Development Council and Anchorage Chamber of Commerce. When 100% of the nursing faculty at one upstate New York reported incivility as a major departmental issue, they reversed course. An Alaska Native of Tsimshian and Athabascan heritage, Charles Clement came to SEARHC in 2011 from his position as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer for Southcentral Foundation.
